¾ cup Apple Cider
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 sticks Fresh Garlic
1 dash Ginger powder

Put cider in a small saucepan and start to heat on low.

Add soy, garlic, and ginger

Simmer until reduced by ⅓ to ½ volume

Marinade- Spoon over fresh fish (tuna or salmon is best) or pour into a ziploc bag with steak and put in fridge to marinade for at least 10 minutes. More can be spooned over fish during cooking process.
Note: Fish should be baked, steak can be baked or barbequed. Broiling
doesn’t bring out the most.
