1 lb Salad Macaroni
½ Head Parsley (Chopped)
7 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Bunch Green Onions (Chopped)
2 cups Mayonnaise
¼ cup Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Salt (To Taste)
1 Lemon (Juiced)

Cook and drain the pasta, place in a large mixing bowl.

Cook and slice the eggs.

Add all the solid ingredients.

Add 1 cup of the mayonnaise, and mix until fully incorporated. Add more mayonnaise as needed to get a creamy texture to the dish - it should be a little squishy.

Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix to incorporate. Again add a little more a time until you have found a good taste.

Lastly, add the lemon juice while mixing, again to taste.
