 ½ Chicken Per person
 2 ⅔ oz Italian Dressing per half chicken
 1 Egg per half chicken
 ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce per Half Chicken
 1 pinch Poultry seasoning per Half Chicken

Beat the dressing, Eggs, Worcestershire Sauce and poultry seasoning together with a whisk until combined.

Marinate Chicken over night or up to 2 nights. Keep marinade for basting during grilling.

Grill Chicken bone side down for 2/3s cooking time and finish cooking on skin side down. Blackening or Char is ok.

Note - Keep an Ale handy as there could be flare ups on the grill, use the beer to put it out, an ale will not water down the flavor.
