Needed a quick dinner after I was going to be gone all day. Found on internet.

This is a great simple recipe for if you are going to get back late. I typically serve it over rice, and use the liquid in the bottom as a sauce over everything. Serve with either sautéed baby bock choy or even just a simple salad for a complete meal.

Yields1 Serving
 4 -6 Chicken Breastsor 6 - 8 Thighs
 4 tbsp Garlic (Chopped)0.06 L
 1 cup Brown Sugar0.24 L
 1 tsp Black Pepper (Fresh Cracked Prefered)0.5 cL
 ¼ cup Water0.6 L
 1 tsp Parsley (Finley Chopped)0.5 cL
 1 tbsp Olive Oil1.5 cL
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Low Sodium Preferred)3 cL

Mix up everything in your crockpot except the chicken.

Add chicken and make sure it gets coated on all sides.

Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours. Don’t worry if it goes over this time.
