My grandmother made it

Yields1 Serving
 4 Chicken Dark Quarters
 2 Eggs
 2 cups Flour474 mL
 3 tbsp Butter45 mL
 3 Cloves Garlic

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic.

In a deep skillet or pot Fry the chicken in butter to brown the skin, and render the fat.

Remove the chicken pieces, but keep the fat.

Add water to the pot to give you 4 inches (10 cm) of water and bring to a boil

While the water is coming up to a boil mix the eggs and flour with water till you get a consistency like thick pancake batter

When the water is boiling drop the batter into the water a large spoonful at a time.

When all the batter is spooned into the water put the the chicken back in and simmer for 10 minutes or till the chicken is finished cooking
