3 cups Self Rising Flour384 g
2 tbsp Sugar30 mL
12 oz Beer3.5 dL
For Bread

Mix all ingredients and bake 350 degrees (180C) for 40 minutes.

You can add cheese or herbs if you like.
For Pizza Dough

Add enough flour to be able to handle without it sticking to your hands.

Pat it out on a baking sheet.

Bake it until for 5 minutes, then add sauce and toppings, bake until cheese is melted and crust is browning.
