 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Mikl400 g
 4 Egg Yolks
 4 oz Florida Key West Lime Juice118 mL
 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Failure to do so will result in a funky pie.

Mix the milk and egg yolks. With an electric mixer or a lot of enthusiasm. Slowly add the key lime juice as you mix.

Pour mixture into the crust and bake for eight minutes.

Turn oven off. Crack open door. Let pie cool before placing it in the refrigerator. Let it cool as long as you can handle not eating it as soon as want to. Add whip cream if desired.
