Optional Precaution: Check chocolate chip package for notes if it was made at facility that processes nuts or not. This is precaution if you want to insure those with peanut allergy cannot be affected.

Filling
 8 oz Cream Cheese
 1 Egg
 ¼ cup Sugar
 12 oz Chocolate Chips
Cake Batter
 1 ½ cups Flour
 1 cup Sugar
 ¼ cup Cocoa
 1 tsp Backing Soda
 ½ tsp Salt
 1 cup Water
  cup Oil
 1 tsp Vanilla

Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees.

Put cream cheese in bowl to soften and set aside.

In Mixing bowl for blender, Add ingredients for cupcake and blend until uniformly mixed.

Once softened, Add Egg, Sugar and Chocolate chips to cream cheese Mix by hand.

Put liners in cupcake pan.

Fill each liner 1/3 full with cupcake batter.

Add small amount of filling in center of each liner (enough for 2-4 chocolate chips and cream cheese).

Bake 20-25 minutes.

Repeat steps 6-8 until all batter and filling is used.
